At Premium Works we have multiple customers that implement Safe Working Habits. They strive to make their work environment and their employees as safe as possible. To succeed, they continually have meetings and classes to educate their employees on what is needed to stay safe. They also utilize incentive programs, reward systems, and goals that keep safety in the front of everyone’s minds.

Our job is to make these goals a reality. With our vast experience we know what ideas work and don’t work to help get employees motivated. We have created programs and flyers that depict what prizes can be won. We can also make presentations for you. We try to make things simple and easy for you.

One of our biggest applications of Safe Working Habits is the Flexible Hard Hat Photo Frame. It is a custom design that we created for our customers. This frame is made to stick on the inside of a hard hat. Your employee puts a picture of their loved ones or something that is important to them in the frame. Every time they look at their hard hat and see this picture, it is a reminder of why they need to work safely.

Another great safety reminder tool is the Custom Challenge Coin. These can be given to employees when they have completed safety training, reach a safety goal, or were recognized for implementing safe working habits. Once they have the coin, they can keep it with them at all times as a constant reminder to be safe. Some companies have employees carry the coin with them at work and if they produce it when asked, then they are gifted with a prize. The coins can also be used as a collectable series.

We have done many Safety Initiative Programs throughout the years. One customer wanted to have multiple items and levels available for his employees to choose from. Each employee could earn a certain amount of points for different safety goals achieved. Once the program was over, they could choose whatever they wanted, depending on how many points they earned. We created multiple flyers for the different levels and items that they could choose from. We also designed an order form for them to fill out.
